We have, on ongoing basis, many buyers who are mainly interested in CI+DIP+PAY procedures , FOB Rotterdam and Houston.
To proceed with you we require the following:
1) send SCO on the refinery letterhead where PPOP includes the following documents: seller's TSR and coordinates, injection report in Rotterdam, SGS report, ATSC, ATV before the buyer provides his TSR.
2) confirm you are direct mandate to the refinery and have closed successful deals with that refinery. We must know the name of the refinery for our due diligence.
3) you accept that our group takes 50% of the seller side commission. This is the arrangement that we currently have with several Russian refineries that we are working with.
